My name is Greg and I have been working in financial services for twenty years. I am a specialist in the claiming of compensation for product mis-selling. I usually work on a "no win, no fee" basis (see the Fees section for more details) and will be happy to look at whatever is worrying you free of charge and without any obligation. Normally, I will examine the advice you have been given, let you know whether I believe you have suffered a financial loss from it and explain how I would try to win compensation for you. You are not committed to anything and there won't be any charge until you decide you would like me to help you pursue a claim and I can then win compensation for you.

As you probably know, there are a lot of claims management companies looking for your business. Most are not interested in you personally as they "factory farm" their claims to maximise income. If they only win 60% or so then that is still very profitable business if submitting identical claims for thousands of people. Most of their staff are low paid temps with a standard script to read so trying to discuss your case won't be a very happy or productive experience! In contrast, I work on my own. I only handle a small number of cases at any one time (as my main income still comes from working for a large financial services company) and I aim to give a very personal and friendly service. I can charge less than the big firms as I don't have their costs and I don't need to add VAT on top which will save you 20% straightaway.
