A few years ago, it was possible to reclaim bank charges from your bank if you were penalised for slipping into overdraft or exceeding your overdraft limit.

Following a major court case between the High Street banks and the Office of Fair Trading (a Government agency), such reclaims became much harder, as the banks were able to win their argument that the charges were not unlawful.

However, if you have paid charges, typically between £12 and £25, on your credit card (for exceeding your credit limit or paying late) then I can try to reclaim these still - these charges were not part of the court case. The legal arguments are not too dissimilar to bank charges but have never been tested in court and most card companies are keen to avoid having their lawfulness tested. Consequently, I would hope to get all the charges plus interest back for you. Again, just visit the Claim Now page to make a start.
